Ratnagiri Alphonso Mangoes

Mango pulp is extracted from select varieties of fresh mangoes. Once fully matured, these mangoes are harvested and swiftly transported to our processing facility. After thorough inspection and washing, the ripe mangoes are placed in a controlled environment to ensure optimal ripening before pulping.

The preparation process involves cutting, refining, and packaging. For aseptic products, the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags and OTS cans. Additionally, the pulp is pasteurized and frozen using plate deep-freezing methods.

Mango pulp is versatile and can be transformed into juices, nectars, drinks, jams, fruit cheese, and a variety of other beverages. It’s also perfect for baking applications, including puddings, fillings, fruit meals, and cheesecakes for children, as well as flavoring for the food industry.
